Happy Holidays from all of us at Teenreads.com. Many of you have just started your break; others will be getting out of school in the next couple of days. We can imagine you are breathing a huge sigh of relief about this --- and then feverishly running around to get last minute shopping and holiday preparations done.

Donna Jo Napoli, known for her well-written, elaborate retellings of classic fairy tales, places the Cinderella story in China in this rich and emotionally complex novel. Reviewed by Norah Piehl and excerpted.
Steve Nugent is in a facility called Burnstone Grove. Its residents include children who are addicts or have tried to commit suicide. But Steve doesn't fit in either group.
