Dude, the scariest book ever is CARRIE by Stephen King. It totally freaks me out.

I hate scary books. I can't read them at all because I'm a total wimp and I can't sleep after reading even one page of a scary story.

Paul Zindel's RATS is the creepiest book ever. Too gross!

My brother really likes the H.P. Lovecraft books because he's a total weirdo and so I read THE LURKING FEAR AND OTHER STORIES and not only is it whack and weird, but its so gross and spooky.

FLOWERS IN THE ATTIC by V.C. Andrews. Hands down. The scariest. No doubt.

I'm sure everyone is going to put down Stephen King, which is totally expected and unimaginative. THE EXORCIST by William Peter Blatty the scariest book in the history of the planet.
